2. What data we process and why

• Server logs — on each visit our hosting provider stores technically necessary data (IP address, browser type, date and time, requested URL) to keep the website secure and working correctly.
• Performance metrics (Web Vitals) — we store anonymous technical data (e.g. load time and page path) solely to keep the site fast. This does not allow us to identify you.
• Booking-click statistics — we count, in aggregate only, how often the booking button is clicked. We do not store your IP address, browser or any cookie.
• Reviews — we publish customer reviews (first name and text), sourced from platforms such as Google or Booksy. If you want your review removed, please contact us.

3. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, the Facebook pixel or any similar tracking tools.

The only cookie (a session cookie) is set exclusively in the secured admin panel and is strictly necessary for it to work — it does not affect ordinary visitors.

4. Google Maps (click-to-load)

The location map only loads after you click it. Until then, no data is sent to Google. Once clicked, Google may process your IP address under its own privacy policy.

5. Bookings (Booksy) and external links

Bookings are made through the external platform Booksy, which is a separate data controller — see the Booksy privacy policy. The site also links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp; once you visit those, their own privacy policies apply.

6. Legal basis

We process this data based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the website secure, working correctly and performing well.

7. Retention period

Server logs and performance data are kept for a short period, only as long as necessary for technical and security purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and to object to it. To exercise these rights, e-mail us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
